UPGRADE FRUSTRATION

Upgrading frustration to a positive

---Most of us have many things that happen during the course of a day that causes frustration. How do we make those same things into situations that cause us to be happier people.
---We can see right away that things would frustrate us if the outcome is unexpected and it makes us angry. It is not as good as we thought it would be. Maybe we have to look at what we expect from things. How realistic are our expectations?
---We look at situations and want them to turn out in a way that is satisfactory and elicits a positive response from us. That would be an ideal. When our expectations are greater than the actual outcome…we respond negatively. Our ability to compromise may not be as good as it should be.
---So we have to be more realistic in our expectations. Taking smaller steps sometimes helps. Or, we should look at our goals and renegotiate where we are on this pathway. Remember that we can learn much from a broken system. We have maybe come upon a learning curve and find ourselves on the underside of it now. We may be paying dues that will reap benefits in the future. It is important to learn how to remain buoyant. Take Care.
